Your order will be shipped by a suitable method, either postage or courier depencing on your location. Once packed and lodged with a freight method, the responsibility for safe arrival is yours unless you have requested an insured or traceable delivery service

- Any product found to be faulty will be replaced. In determining "Faulty" Colourful Concepts in consultation with our customer will determine this. Claims must be lodged within 7 days of receipt of goods
